Below you will find some of the better Apps that can be used in the Chrome Browser. To add an app, click on the new tab at and then select Chrome Web Store. Some apps are not much more than a shortcut to a website, but others have the look and feel of an App. Many apps will require an account because they are linked to a service. Apps that need an account will be noted.
You can drag an App to change the order or even make pages and categorize them. To remove an app just drag the app to the remove bin located at the bottom right of the browser window. Right click on an app and you can set options on what it does when it open or even create a shortcut on your desktop.
Productivity Apps
Evernote Web - (requires an account) Evernote is an award-winning service that turns every computer and phone you use into an extension of your brain. Use Evernote to save your ideas, experiences and inspirations, then easily access them all at any time from anywhere. (Also works on any device.)
Wunderlist - (needs an account) an easy-to-use task management app with cloud-synchronization for Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and iPad. - It’s free!
Netflix - (must have an account) Watch Movies
Dropbox - Access your Dropbox online without a client. Good when you log into a computer that is not yours.
Gmail - Go to your Google Gmail inbox

Aviary Audio Editor - Remix music tracks and audio clips. Apply sound effects and record your own voice and instruments.- In the Cloud
